Leonardo Gulli has been making wooden guitar capos since 2014. He made his first capo from wood and listed it on Etsy as "WoodenK Capos" in hopes someone would appreciate the art, and many people were interested on the capos and since then Leo has dedicated a good portion of his time to further develop the capo to what it is today. It took Leo many trials and errors to learn the best way to make them, but from 2021 to 2023, Leo stopped making capos and spent some time away with other projects, only to return with a fresh design, trying a new approach to the model, perfecting his craft to a highly polished version of the original design. Today Leonardo makes capos part-time and hopes to make a full set of wooden guitar accessories in the near future.
